Scheduling
Please contact Dr Krall directly (909-835-7940) to schedule a treatment appointment for a patient. Dr Krall will try to accommodate your schedule depending on availability. For patients with a complicated medical history, please schedule sufficiently far enough in advance to allow Dr Krall ample time to consult with the patient’s primary care or specialist physician.
Financial Information
Anesthesia fees are billed separately to the patient. Dr Krall will provide an Anesthesia Billing Statement of Services if requested by the patient. Anesthesia is billed by an initial first hour, followed by 15 minute units of time. Patients can be quoted for anesthesia services by estimating the treatment time in addition to the induction and recovery times. Please contact Dr Krall for help in estimating anesthesia fees.
Dr Krall accepts Visa/Mastercard, Discover, and CareCredit as well as checks and cash. Payment is due on the day of treatment.
